Available to rent is this beautiful, bright and spacious apartment, less than five minutes walk from Primrose Hill. The apartment is currently being lived in by one occupant but the space could easily work for two sharers as it has done in the past, as the rooms which are of equal size are very large. There are two main rooms with original sash windows, the room being used as the bedroom at the back of the building faces towards primrose hill and stunning gardens and is always filled with light, and is very quiet, as is the rest of the flat. Off the bedroom is the bathroom with shower over bath, then a separate toilet, and kitchen which then leads into the sitting room.

The apartment is furnished, and there is a new double bed in the sitting room which if needed could stay or be removed. There will also be a new sofa and dining table. a few pieces of furniture pictured belong to the current tenant but the majority belongs to the apartment. Gas central heating. The space has nice carpets and was redecorated quite recently. The building contains four flats including the basement and everyone is really lovely, quiet and welcoming.

The area is fantastic, with primrose hill just around the corner, Swiss Cottage station which is on the jubilee line less than ten minutes walk away, and Chalk Farm on the northern line a 15 minute walk, as well as lots of buses near by. There is a co-op just round the corner which is very convenient, as well as cafes, and Camden market is a relaxing stroll away. The area is really peaceful and well-kept and feels very serene given its in zone 2 and very close proximity to central London.
I am looking for a long-term tenant hence the minimum tenancy of a year, I'm an experienced landlady and would consider myself very available and communicative to my tenants. As mentioned I would welcome professional sharers or a couple or single person. The flat has allocated residents parking for one car. No pets and strictly no smokers.
