We have a secure parking space that we currently let at £50 a month to another resident but can end our rental with them if this is a requirement of yours.

In terms of rental price we are looking at £1,700 per month for the whole flat ex Bills. Our broadband is not transferable to our new house therefore we will maintain the current provider in place meaning you will have free broadband for the first two months to help you move in.
