This flat is ideally located in between Victoria Park and London Fields, a short work from Broadway Market and with a Lidl down the road.

It is a very secure building. The flat is located on the first floor.

It had a large entrance where you can easily put bikes or storage cupboards.

A small but functional bathroom with a shower. The separated kitchen is equipped and has a very big industrial window looking out on the living room. The living room has a nice lofty feel to it, it is airy and of a very decent size. One bedroom is about the same size of the living room, the other bedroom is smaller and could also be used as an office or a dressing. It is actually an old industrial elevator that has been converted into a room and it has double exposure windows.

Both bedrooms are far apart and do not share any wall, which is great for privacy if you are sharing the flat.

In general, it has some really cozy details, like dark grey old-style radiators, bricky walls painted white, and industrial pipes running across the ceilings. The windows are in great shape and double glazed, it is a very quiet place to live even though very close to a lot of things. It also never gets really cold and is easy to heat.
