There is 1 Large double rooms for a couple or single person, available to gay, straight or bisexual people
The flat is a mixture of gay and straight, if you are comfortable with this and like the look of the rooms arrange a viewing .
The rent is £700 a month ,this includes all bills and the deposit is £350.
Please note this is for a single person for a couple it would be £800

Looking for people who are laid back be able to have fun when together but still get on with I clean the shared spaces once a week and would appreciate having tenants that are clean and tidy after themselves when using these spaces.

Flatmates are quiet and have jobs with long hours .


Wadsworth station 4 minutes, clapham north 10 minute walk, stockwell station 15 min walk and vauxhall 15 min walk.
The bus stop for buses 87 to Trafalgar square and 77 to waterloo are about 2 min walk from flat.

The flat is clean, and the flat has just been painted with new flooring . The flat is part of an estate that has a vibrant energy in the summer with all the children playing; it's very multi cultural and safe.

With all the energy outside the flat inside is very quiet. It will suit someone who is friendly open minded and relaxed with themselves.

I am gay so would like tenants that are comfortable with this.
I am a tennis instructor who runs my own business.

There is no shared sitting room but there is a nice dinning area .everyone contributes £10 monthly to get household items like toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher soap, conditioner etc.
