This flat is located at the 3rd floor of Whitworth Building, Potato Wharf, Castlefield.

Whitworh Building is the 2nd phase of Potato Wharf and this flat is one of the biggest in this building! 

Comparing to those smaller flats, ours has a much bigger living room with two big floor to ceiling windows. When you look outside the windows, you can see the canal because we are just right on the bank of Manchester's canal way. As our flat faces Southwest, the windows not only give you good views, but also bring in loads of sunshine! 

Unlike most landlords, we have prepared good quality designer furnitures and nice storage spaces for our tenants. For example, we use the newest Natuzzi sofa and Boconcept mediaset. We use luxury German curtains and Italian wardrobes. We also use Tempur Ottoman beds which offer a lot more spaces for storage under your beds! As designers, we really don't like low standard. We also want the flat to stand out in the renting market. 

Castlefield is definitely a well sought after location, often called "suburb in the city centre", quiet, peaceful. Set just behind Deansgate, it is just minutes from tram station for those commuting in and out of the city centre. It is also very close to Manchester's Motorway links if you drive. You can find a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to suit whatever mood. Other entertainment options nearby include AMC cinema, Palace Theatre. Y club gym is just 30 seconds by walk. Salford regents retail park is just 2 minutes by car. Without doubt, this is an ideal place for young professionals. 

The price is only £1100 per month for the whole flat: two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a modern kitchen including integrated appliances, one storage room and a good size living room! We also have a car parking space currently rented out for £75 per month. But we can offer to our tenants at a discounted price of £50 per month. If you want the car parking space, just let me know and I will add £50 on top of £1100 in this list for you!

Creating a tenancy with me is cheap, fair, simple and convenient! Why? I don't use any agent. You don't need to pay any agent fees! It can save you a lot! I only use the website Openrent to create a tenancy with my tenants. It is pretty easy! If you read the descriptions about "RentNow" service on Openrent, it will show you everything! Basically, you need to put a small deposit down and pay £20 for a reference check. If you pass the reference check, we can sign the contract and exchange keys straight away. If you cannot pass reference check yourself, you can also bring in a guarantor who can pass the reference check. Please note that, the fee for reference check is non-refundable. But, it is much cheaper comparing to agent fees!
