Room in a Shared Flat, Shepherds Bush Road, W6

Hi,

I am leaving my huge room in the superb area of shepherd's bush. A short 10-15 minutes tube ride to the heart of central London on the central Line.

I have been living here with my cousin for 3 years but I am now moving away on my own. You will be sharing with Manu a lovely Spanish guy on his early 30's. Manu works in fashion retail @ posh Harrod's and loves a healthy lifestyle and sport. If you are up for a gym session he is the greatest companionship at the gym :)
In the other hand Manu is always quiet and respectful at home and love his quiet time and relaxing at home, so this won't be a party flat. Manu is a Real Madrid supporter and loves to watch football.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat in The Grampians building were you have a concierge 24 hours, is 3 minutes from Shepherd's bush station and very close to Westfield shopping center, the BBC, and many restaurants and lovely parks around.

The price includes almost all bills.

Manu can give you a breakdown of what else you need to pay each month but on the top of my mind is only internet and water that comes twice a year, so I calculate is only an extra 30-50 a month max.

Room is massive and full of possibilities and the landlady is very nice and probably up for helping making some small changes to make the flat nicer.
