I am a friendly and professional female looking to share my flat. I enjoying going to the gym, cooking, hanging out with friends and going to the movies.

I am looking for someone who's friendly and respectful of others to rent out to. The rooms are Spacious, clean, cosy and fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and separate built in cupboard space.

Bills included in the rent ( council tax, gas and electricity, water etc). Rent to be paid in advance. Deposit payment can be negotiated.

Couples are welcome but with additional cost

I am tidy and clean and would expect the same.

Parking. Street parking but you'll have to apply for parking permit from council

The property is Less than 2 mins walk away from Gravesend town center and train station. 20mins train into London.
All shops are minutes away with a large asda and Iceland opposite the house and a shopping centre.
