Room in a Shared House, Brunswick Quay, SE16

I am looking for a replacement for the room I'm renting on Brunswick Quay SE16 7PX. I've been in this room for just over a year. The room is 2 minutes walk from Surrey Quays overground station and 5-7 minutes walk from Canada Water station on the Jubilee Line. Less than 5 minutes to the Surrey Quays shopping centre with huge Tesco Extra amongst many other shops.

Room is on the first floor of a 3 bed/3 storey townhouse and comes fully furnished. This includes all furnishings in the room minus the TV, I can also include a desk and office chair, these are mine but don't mind leaving them if required. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room with ample space. Central heating. 1 bath/shower and 1 additional toilet on first floor. Garage is also included which can be used for storage or for parking a car. Plenty of off road parking too.

Bills are split between the other two residents and work out roughly £60-80pm.. varies slightly on the season.

Living with two male professionals (Occupational Therapist & Neuroscientist) aged late 20s and early 30s.

No set time limit of rent, when you want to leave you simply find someone else as a replacement and you can go. Rent is paid monthly to local agent who respond to all issues within 24 hours.

I can potentially leave whenever so if you need this room ASAP that could be arranged.
