Available from 3rd December are 3 large double rooms in my Victorian warehouse conversion in the Heart of Hackney, 5 minute walk to Hackney Central Overground, 10 minute walk to Hackney Downs and London Fields stations, beautiful Broadway Market and Victoria Park are also a stone’s throw away.

The space features beautiful distressed walls, an infinity cove, kitchen and bathroom facilities; all built by hand. We also have washing machine, tumble dryer and high speed internet, projector for movie nights, a roof terrace for bbq's and lots of daylight.

All rooms have locks, are very well insulated We have a beautiful communal area with a wood burning aga and neighbours who are a wood joinery so lots of wood for free all year round to keep us warm!

The rooms available are to the rear of the warehouse, two are large doubles, 15ftx13ft, with enough space for a sofa/desk, double bed, wardrobe. The rooms have large frosted windows which lead into the property and allow for lots of light as well as lots of privacy at the same time. These large doubles are priced at £800 each.

The third room is a very large mezzanine room, 30ftx15ft, with space to have your own living area as well as a bedroom above. Great high ceilings and lots of storage £1000.

The only bill will be council tax which, when split between everyone, will equate to about £30 each. The electric runs through a meter which will again be shared between everyone and gas hob is Calor bottle.

I am looking to have professionals over the age of 25 to come and live in the space. I think people who work throughout the day will be most suited to live here as this is a functioning photography studio and we do have photo-shoots in the main space. This is how I make a living and the right person will understand that this is a term of living here.

Photo-shoots generally only last from 9-5 with an hour for cleaning up but there may be the odd occasion when a few of the crew are still (Email Removed After Let) occur between 1 and 5 times a month. Never on weekends.

Myself and my partner are a friendly couple who are looking for people who are easy-going, happy to have a drink and a laugh and that would enjoy living in a studio.
