A double bedroom has become available in my flat, located in a stunning and extremely quiet area between Islington and Canonbury.
Once you come to visit you will see how special a place the flat and location is in London.
Please note I am only looking for a single person to occupy then room unless a couple only needs if for a few months. Then I would consider a short let. 

The room:
- Furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table, and lamp
- Wall of in-built cupboards and a mirror

The flat:
- Recently refurbished bathroom
- Shared living room with a TV, sofa bed, and dining table
- Kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine
- Communal garden, which is lovely in the summertime to hang out in
- Shared bike shed with security code access
- The flat was also repainted, carpeted and new curtains were installed. Its extremely bright and has a great feel.

The area:
- Well-connected to public transport - only a 5-minute walk away from Highbury & Islington station - including direct train line to Moorgate, Overground to Shoreditch, Victoria line (8min Oxford Circus) and many bus routes
- Supermarkets - Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Tesco, Budgens all within 5min walking distance
- Lots of nice cafes and restaurants including in Angel which is just over 10mins walk away

All bills are included. Cleaner comes by every other week.
