Sadly the time has come for us both to leave our place in London to head back to Sydney on the 7th of December, so are looking for either a wonderful couple/ or wonderful single person to take our spacious room off our hands. - either a 6 month sublet or permanently.
This lovely double room, which has its own private balcony with views of the shard, is situated just a stones throw from a number of vibrant pubs and an array of restaurants. It is in a close 2 min proximity to Homerton Station, an ideal, affordable East London location with both great access to public transport and 15 minutes from places like Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Victoria Park.
You will be sharing with 2 lovely, chatty house mates who are clean, tidy and respectful of each others space- whilst amicable and chatty in equal measure.
