It's a flatshare with 3 easy-going professional (2 males and 1 female - 25 to 33 years old), the room will become available from early December to January - I am prety much flexible about this. We have our own lives but equally are looking to make this a home, where we can spend time together, so we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and sociable.

Rent is 817£ per month and bills are about £80 pcm additionally to the rent and include electricity, water, full tv/internet/phone package, tv licence, council tax and cleaner (every fortnight).
