My Name is Liam, I am currently looking for a single (£1075 month + bills) or couple (£1275 + bills) to rent and join me on the tenancy agreement for the master bedroom of a stunning 2 bedroom apartment based in Clerkenwell, ASAP. Bills equate to about £250 / month for the place. Security deposit is £1350.

The apartment is a very quiet, clean, secure & convieniantly located apartment, walking distance to all universities, banks, construction, architectural offices all based around zone 1 Central London and 2 min walk to Exmouth market, so plenty of places to eat and drink.

The apartment has a large cinema screen and a Juliet balcony that overlooks a park / beautiful garden. The Double Room has a super comfortable Double Bed with 4 draws to use as extra storage space, also comes with unlimited wifi.

The flat has an allocated secure car park also that's free to use if you have a car.

I am from Australia, 39 years old and work long hours in Engineering, spend most of my time out of the house either socializing, at my girlfriends or at the gym so am hardly in the apartment myself. I am pretty easy going, like to cook and enjoy some good company.
