I have a double room available in a nice sunny flat. I just moved in, so I am looking now for 1 person or a couple to take the room. Students welcome. Minimum Tenancy 6 months or longer.

The room is quiet and sunny as it has a window towards south. The room is furnished with 2 big built-in wardrobes, 1 top storage and a double bed. Bed can be removed if you bring in your own furniture.

In the flat there is another double bedroom that I use,shared bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, fridge and freezer, and dining/living room. The flat is ground floor and has an own backyard to sit outside, create a garden or having a barbeque. You can also store there a bicycle, if needed.

All bills and High speed Wifi and Broadband included. EPCrating before renovation D, should be now B, as windows double glazing are new.Gas boiler gives quick and reliable heat in room and for shower.

Shops, restaurants, bars, pubs all in walking distance (5minutes)

Very good transport: Northern line Clapham North, ClaphamHigh station overground, buses aso in walking distance (5 minutes).
