Description

Note: This OpenRent Property Is No Longer Available For Rent. Description below is only for reference, and you can no longer book a viewing or contact this private landlord.
Bright and quiet second floor flat in a converted three storey townhouse on Botolph Alley right in the heart of the Lovat Lane conservation area and directly opposite the Wren church of St Mary-at-Hill.

The bedroom has a small and large window, a double bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet and ample hanging space and storage in the built-in mirrored wall cupboard, as well as a radiator.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, hand basin, WC and radiator.

The living room and kitchen are combined with two quite large windows and two radiators.

The kitchen area has an oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and is fully equipped with utensils and dining sets for 2. There is quite a lot of cupboard storage.

The living room area has a dining table with two chairs, a two-seater sofabed (in case you have a friend staying), a coffee table and a single sofa. There is also a TV and a dvd player plus a small stereo system (basic Freeview package included).

There is a landline phone for incoming calls only.  Unlimited wi-fi is included in the rent.

The central heating system and domestic hot water are provided by an electric boiler housed in a cupboard between the bedroom and corridor. There is also an extra radiator in the corridor (5 in total) so the flat is warm throughout the year.

The area is superb and the location is perfect for someone working in the Eastern part of the City who wishes to walk to work.

There is a 7 days a week Tesco 2 minutes' walk away in Eastcheap and numerous shops, restaurants, wine bars, pubs and hotels close by, as well as tourist attractions such as The Tower of London, The Thames, Monument and the Bank of England.

The flagship House of Fraser store is very close, as is historic Leadenhall Market.

Transport links are excellent with Monument/Bank tube stations close by and London Bridge station (with direct links to Luton and Gatwick airports and Brighton) a 10 minute walk away.

Heathrow airport is straight on the District Line and walk across the platform at either Barons Court or Hammersmith.

Bills are not included and are electricity, council tax, TV licence and water (metered).

A 24 hour manned (plus CCTV) car park is available 5 minutes' walk away in Lower Thames Street at the rate of about £2 per day.

Strictly no smoking.

Rent must be paid one calendar month in advance (£1,500) and a SEPARATE deposit of one month's rent is taken and protected.

The flat is presented in pristine condition.

A copy of the floor plan is available on requested.

Parking is available close by in Tower Hill for £2 per day if you are a council tax payer.
