There is also a separate lounge with fireplace and a small garden.

Location:

- Zone 1, closest station is Elephant & Castle (10 - 15 minute walk) which has the Northern Line and Bakerloo Line (30 minutes to Bank and Oxford Street from door-to-door). The station also has National Rail services, which has regular trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon etc.

- There are also lots of 24hr buses that are available 5 minute walk from the house, which can take you to central London within 30 minutes.

Costs:

- This house is managed by private landlords (no agency fees, saving you hundreds of pounds!). Our landlord asks for new tenants to have a referencing check.

- Current rent excluding bills is £2,300 (£766 each, between three people). Bills are approx. £80-£100 per month. (each, between three people)

- Landlord asks for deposit of £3,185 (£1,061 each, between three people)

**This house is let as a whole and not individual rooms, we are looking for a group of three people who would like to rent this house**.
