New Eltham is perfect to commute to London Bridge (20 min direct train), Canary Wharf (40 minutes overall commute), so as anywhere else in the city - New Eltham is served by direct trains to London Bridge, Lewisham, New Cross, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Waterloo East.

The flat is 60sqm, with a very good size living room, one master bedroom of ca. 11sqm and one smaller room of ca. 9sqm, laminated flooring throughout. The bathroom is very spacious too and with lots of storage space. The flat has been refurbished to high standards and furnished - a lot of storage space and a number of big wardrobes throughout, bed (double storage bed) in the master bedroom and sofa bed in the smaller room are to be left as well - both in excellent condition. The flat is ideal for professionals working in the City, a single individual or a couple or two friends living together as long as one is comfortable with the smaller room and a sofa bed. The flat is less suitable for a family with a child.

The flat has been my home for the last 3 years whereas I have been travelling a lot so it has been barely lived in it. I would love to rent it to someone who will also find home in it and would love the place as much as I do.
