It's also really good for transport links. There are lots of bus routes close by and four tube stations within walking distance:  

- 5mins to Shepherds Bush Market and Wood Lane (both on the Hammersmith and City Line)
- 5 mins to White City (Central Line)
- 8 mins to Shepherds Bush (Central Line)

Basically, it's a good decent flat at an affordable price on an old West London Estate with a bit of a sense of community about it. You're a couple of miles west of Notting Hill and Portobello, but without the crazy prices people charge over there.

Shared bills for gas and electricity, currently on a key and card system, but can change it over if tenants wish. There's a BT line installed, you just need to open an account for Broadband and phone if you need them. Council Tax is also additional and is around £75 per month, so £25 each.
