Although the room costs 250 per week, I have paid the first installment and you ONLY need to pay for the second one; 6,223 which you can stay in my room from early January 2018 until early September. (What I am paying now is 254pw!) The tenancy is a 51-week one which is until 7th September 2018.Would be ideal if you plan to stay in London over summer. You can also use the gym room for FREE and can freely access facilities in other Chapter accommodations.

Price: GBP6,223 for 8 full months (early Jan 2018 until 7th Sept 2018), broadband, all bills included.

Room: Silver Plus Upper Floor En-suite at Chapter Islington

Room is furnished with: wooden flooring, long study desk, a chair, heating, a three-quarters bed, book shelf, a wardrobe, loads of storage spaces

Please note that you need to pay GBP6223 in full on 9th January to Chapter Islington, which means it is a lump-sum payment.
