I am planning to live with my friend from Jan 2018 but I need to find a replacement tenant to fill my room before I pay the second installment. Although the room costs 250 per week, I have paid the first installment and you ONLY need to pay for the second one; 6223 (bills, broadband included) which you can stay in my room from early January 2018 until early September. (What I am paying now is GBP 254pw). The tenancy is a 51-week one which is until 7th September 2018. Would be ideal if you wanna stay in London over summer. You can also use the gym room for FREE and can freely access facilities in other Chapter accommodations.

Availability: End of December 2017 to early January 2018

Price: no more than GBP6,300 for 8 full months (early Jan 2018 until 7th Sept 2018), BILLS, WIFI included

Room: Silver Plus Upper Floor Ensuite at Chapter Islington

Accommodation Facilities: 24-hour security, gym room, cinema, game room, pool table, laundry room (circuit laundry)

A shared kitchen with another 5 flatmates in the flat, including 2 standard fridges, 2 ovens, a microwave, 2 sinks, 2 induction hobs.

Transport: 5-min walk to Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly Line)
