Large sunny one-bedroom flat is available in Canterbury from 1 December 2017 – 30 May 2017 (possibly 1-2 weeks longer). The flat spreads over the first and second floor of a terraced house, just 5 minutes walk from Canterbury West station, and 20 minutes walk from the university (10 min by bus). It's also 10 minutes from Canterbury city center. The flat is only available during this period - not earlier and not later. 

The sitting room, bathroom and kitchen are on the second floor, and the bedroom on the third floor (with a view of Canterbury Cathedral in the distance). Sunshine floods the sitting room in the morning and the kitchen in the evening. You can have access to the shared garden. The flat is ideal for a single person or a couple.

 I would like to rent it out furnished, with some of my belongings still in the flat. Bills, including internet, water, gas, electricity and council tax come to about 150-£ per month. Including bills, the monthly rent is thus £800. 

 Please note that I am currently applying for planning permission to replace and refurbish some of the windows and in the spring there might be a day or two where this building work needs to be done.

 Please also note that the flat is located above a newly refurbished one-bedroom flat, which is available for a similar rent between 23 January and the end of May/ early June.
