Room in a Shared Flat, Chiswick, W4

We have a room in the beautiful, bright, fully furnished flat with a very comfortable living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is situated in the green and peaceful area. Only 1 minute walk to the river.

We are looking for a female non-smoker to share our flat preferably for a short term (up to 6 months), but we would consider to extend the contract if both parties were happy.

The price is £700 per calendar month including all bills, Internet and cleaning products.
 One months' rent and £700 deposit must be paid in advance. The room has a double bed and lots of storage and is overlooking a lovely meadow.

The place would best suit someone, who works/studies in West London. There is a convenient transport to Chiswick High Road, Hammersmith, Richmond and Barnes. There are two train stations, both around 10 minutes walk away (Barnes Bridge and Chiswick Station). Also, we have great cycle routes!

The flat is shared with a friendly female, who is quite busy working, including afternoons and some evenings. She has a variety of interests such as Music, Arts and photography. She also enjoys watching movies and outdoor sports.

One important thing to mention is that we have a 'no overnight visitors' policy!

The new tenant must be employed or if you are a student you will be asked to provide references.
