The house is literally 5 minutes from Bounds Green tube on the Piccadilly line, zone 3. 24 tube on weekends. Very close to Alexandra Palace/Muswell Hill. Close to all amenities, 15/20 minutes on the Piccadilly line to Soho / Covent Garden with good Bus links (221/201), and Bowes Park railway station is a few minutes away this goes to Moorgate. There are plenty of shops at the end of the road.

Private landlord who manages the house himself. If any problems arise, they are fixed straight away.
