I am unable to continue my stay at Urbanest St Pancras, so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from now (asap) until the 15th of June 2018.

The tenancy details say it is £1274 per month for rent when this is not the case. It is £294 per week which comes to £1176 per month. (Apologies as I am unable to change this for some reason)

Situated on the Regents Canal with a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross St Pancras Station and 6 minutes to the nearest bus stop. There is a Co-op supermarket in the building and a Larger Sainsbury's supermarket found 10-15 minute walk in Camden Town.

Ensuite room in a 12 person flat.
Flat is split between two floors with the bottom floor consisting of a shared modern kitchen and the top floor a shared lounge.
The room has a built in desk, a chair, a memory foam mattress, shower room, underfloor heating, a wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

Unfortunately I will most likely not be able to do any viewings as I am rarely in the flat. Although, if you do require a viewing then I could give permission to one of the staff to show you around the flat.
