It is a very homely and spacious, fully furnished house, in a residential area of Rusholme near to Princess Road and Moss Lane East.  There are frequent buses to Manchester town centre and other areas and it is not far from the University and Hospitals.

There are 3 double bedrooms, double glazing, central heating, lounge,kitchen/diner and shower room. The kitchen has lots of storage space, gas hob,electric oven, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The two larger bedrooms each have a double bed, built in wardrobe,drawers and shelving. The smaller double bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe,drawers and shelving.

There is a small front garden and rear yard area. Telephone and broadband internet are connected (bills apply).   Please note the rent does not include bills, there will be an additional charge each month for utility bills, which will vary dependent on the amounts of gas, electricity etc used by the tenants. I would be looking for a minimum of a 6 month contract initially, with an option to extend at the end of that time if agreed.
