A semi-furnished double bedroom will become available at our beautiful house in East Dulwich from November. 

The location is superb. East Dulwich station is within 2 minutes walking distance from the house and provides direct links to London Bridge (13min). From the East Dulwich station Bus stop Buses N40- to London Bridge/Aldgate, N176-to Tottenham Court Road, No185-to Victoria, No484-to Lewisham and NoP13 provide great links with London. Furthermore only 3 minutes by bus is the Denmark Hill station with trains to Victoria and Overground!

The house is a split level, very spacious with a backyard that gets plenty of sunshine.
The ground floor comprises the kitchen, living room and an en-suite double bedroom.
On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them will become available from November. The newly refurbished bathroom on the upper floor is shared among the three people occupying the upper floor only. The available room faces the backyard and comes with a wardrobe, bed and a mattress. 

The initial contract of the house was signed by me and my two friends living on the upper floor (a girl and a guy around their 30s). The person who is interested in the double bedroom will take my place in the contract from November and onward. The contract since September 2017 is a monthly rolling contract. My moving out date is 18th of November but the date is flexible if you want the room earlier than this date. More details can be provided upon viewing. 

The rent is 450£/month without bills - bills (heating, water, council tax, internet etc.) are around 60£/month-. 

The deposit is 770£.
