Lovely family home for rent.  It was our family home for 3 years but has been let to a lovely couple and their 2 dogs for the last year.  However they are unfortunately moving out of London so the house is once again available. 

There are 2 large doubles and a small double.

The bathroom is only two years old, boiler is only 5 years old.  Whole property was redecorated 2 years ago.

Only 5 mins on bus/15 min walk to Blackhorse Rd tube station and 10 mins on bus to Walthamstow central.

Tottenham marshes/River Lee are a 4 minute walk away.

Garden is HUGE split into 4 sections, Picket fenced paved patio leads onto grassed area with mature bushes, then through ivy archway to vegetable garden which has another patio area at very bottom of the garden.  Great for summer barbecues.  The garden also benefits from side entry so need need to trek bikes through the house.  The garden has a brick shed with a outdoor toilet attached.  There is also a second metal shed.

The house will be furnished was we will be leaving a 5 seater corner sofa, beds, white goods, table chairs etc, however we can be flexible if certain items are not required.

We are open to pets as we have 2 cocker spaniels ourselves and understand how hard it can be to find rental accommodation with pets.  This will require a higher deposit though to cover possible damage but can be discussed based on what pets you have.
