The Manor House tube station is 4 min away on foot and it's well connected to Finsbury Park and King's Cross. Being on the Piccadilly, it's got night tube, and it's zone 2, so not expensive. It takes about 25 min to get to Shoreditch/20 min to get to Oxford Circus.
There are some cafes around, Post Office downstairs and Sainsbury's across the road.
There are 2 reservoirs right nearby, 1 min of walking. One of them is a nature reserve, and the other one is some times used by boating enthusiasts. So if you are into all kinds of ducks this is the place for you.
Tax and utilities are around £100/month.
