We are looking for one flat-mate for a stunning room in our beautiful Edwardian 2-bed house in Leytonstone. The historic garden maisonette that was originally built in the early 1900s for the tube construction workers.

Completely re-done interior 6 months ago, now boasting modern fixtures and appliances, our flat has two double bedrooms and a spacious living room to provide you with a cosy, comfortable home. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and if it's a little sun you’re after, head into the garden for a BBQ. The local street has free parking should you be driving into the city. The house is shared with a quiet, professional couple.

Leytonstone is going through an incredible gentrification process as we speak. New pubs and cafes seem to be opening daily in this historically bohemian part of London. I love the local pubs and food fare available. Check out the food fair on Saturday or sample some of the local brew at the famous Leyton technical. Chomp down on an aptly named"Macbeth" haggis toastie from the renowned Deeney’s, or head to the Northcote for a little Cockney flare! Also, don't forget, the Olympic park is at your back doorstep.

From Leytonstone or Leyton, it's a fast and direct. Tube ride straight into the city. It's a mere 13-minute ride into Bank station and you’rein the city mix!
