We are looking for a lovely couple or professional person to rent our apartment, our current tenants have lived here for over 5 years and are only leaving as they are expecting a baby and are now buying their own home.

The kitchen breakfast room has space for a table and chairs, washing machine and dishwasher. Stainless steel sink and drainer, plenty of storage and a large size fridge freezer. Access to the patio is off the Kitchen/breakfast room. 

The bathroom has a bath with power shower above, a w/c and wash hand basin and small window.

The bedroom is situated at the back of the flat over looking the garden.

Local Area - As one of London’s most popular neighbour hoods Battersea is also abuzz with young professionals, attracted here by the proximity to central London, the cafe and restaurant culture and the shopping amenities. Whether milling around Northcote Road Market or simply enjoying the green spaces, life in Battersea ticks along at a happy, upbeat pace. With so many attractions on the doorstep, excellent transport links and one of the lowest rates of council tax in London.
Eating: Northcote Road is where many head on a local night out, with the Italian family run Numero Uno or Buona Sera, plenty of great bars, and popular gastropub Bolingbroke. Franco Manco Sourdough Pizza located on Northcote Road, plus many more popping up all the time.

Cycle: There are also Santander Cycles docking stations just off Northcote Road.
