My flat mate and I are moving out of our amazing two bed flat, one minute walk from Holloway Road tube station.
We have lived here for just under 3 years. We are leaving because I am going to Central America for a few months which means we have had to cut short our tenancy by 2 months.
We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy for the last 2 months to 2 January 2018. If you would like to stay longer a longer contract is possible but this will have to be arranged with the estate agents, Alwyne Estates.
Minimum is 2 months, we are discounting the price for the two months because like I said I'm going away and don't want to pay for rent when I'm not going to be here!
Rent will be £1,500 a month - you will sign a contract with Alwyne Estate Agents and they will hold the deposit, everything will go through them. We're discounting for those 2 months but then the price will revert back to £1,640 in January if you stay longer.
The flat has two large windows in the kitchen/living room combo, washing machine, fridge freezer and sofa.
The larger bedroom is pictured, please know that the room is larger than the picture and contains 2 clothing cupboards to the right that didn't get into the picture.
The second bedroom (not pictured) is slightly smaller but still has room for a double bed and has one clothing cupboard (large enough to have two though).
The bathroom is separate of the bedrooms and there is a terrace which gets a good deal of sun and looks out over the ground floor's garden.
The flat comes furnished with beds, cupboards, washing machine, fridge freezer and sofa. We have a TV, additional tables and another sofa that could be agreed to be left for the next occupants but that can be agreed later on.
Sainsburys Local is 20 seconds walk away, big Waitrose is 2 mins walk and big Morrisons is 5 mins walk. Highbury Fields is 10 mins walk along with all of Upper Street from Highbury & islington down to Angel.
