A double bedroom available with lots of storage in a very spacious 2 bedroom flat. The room comes with a double bed, brand new mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers (shown in the photo). The room is east facing so gets the sun in the morning. The furniture in the room can stay or go.

The flat is in on the 1st floor of a well designed and maintained set of low-rise flats. It has decent square footage and gets a lot of light. It has a balcony overlooking a small park which is big enough for four people around the table.

The flat is 10 minutes walk from Stroud Green Rd with plenty of restaurants and a big supermarket. It's 5 minutes to the park itself and 5 minutes to the Faltering Fullback pub (a great local). It's 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park Station and Haringay Station (national nail). It's a short bus to Crouch End, Highgate or Hampstead Heath. I quite often walk or cycle in the other direction toward Hackney which is also not far.

The 2nd bedroom is occupied by me! I'm 34, I work at a university and am a respectful housemate. I keep the place tidy but am not militant about it. I would like some who is willing to hang out occasionally but am happy to respect privacy. I would like someone to be able to enjoy living here and make it their home.

Price is excluding bills+council tax. I'm afraid the cat is not included and the room is not available to couples.
