We are currently looking for a third flatmate to fill a good size double room overlooking our garden. Jakub and I have been living here for quite some time now and we are thoroughly enjoying it. We are both professionals with daytime jobs in our mid thirties. Ideal match would be a likeminded individual of a similar age who enjoys hanging out. We are busy with our lives but always find time for a glass of wine or two.
About the house.
This is not the most modern property you will see but its clean, well looked after, and we are spoiled for space. House benefits from three double bedrooms, living area, dining room, separate eat in kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, garden and additional storage can be found in the basement.
Above all our landlord lives locally, he is very responsive and easygoing. He has looked after us for over 6 years now! This is a private rent so agency fees are not applicable. We will require £675 deposit which will be registered with the DPS.
Location: The house is located just off Stoke Newington High St and a short walk to Church St
