Room in a Shared Flat, Byron Road, E17

Hi looking for someone to share my ground floor flat in Walthamstow.  Own warn large comfortable room with a single bed, wardrobe, sofa, bedside cabinet and own television.   You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me and my cat.   Walthamstow is very trendy now with lots of niche shops, its own brewery and gin palace, lots of arty places and parks, museums and gyms , nine screen cinema, famous market, and access to the wetlands from this month.   It is zone 3 but the transport links are excellent all over London with night tube and buses.  The flat is about 7 minutes walk from Walthamstow central and buses stop at the bottom of the road.  

I work full time so am home in the evenings and at weekends.   My main interest is dancing salsa and ceroc.  However the flat is not big enough for parties so I mostly socialise outside. 

I don't mind if you are a professional or a student, but I don't accept DSS tenants.  The rent of £575.00 per month is all inclusive of bills and the internet connection.  I will also consider a short let for a renegotiated rent.
