The situation: We have been in this flat for over five years and are sad to let it go but we have just bought our own flat in the neighborhood. We have a contract with the landlord (very nice people) until the end of October and are trying to let it out until then, but the landlord is happy to extend the lease on the property after that or actually start a new one as of October 1st.

The flat: This is a ground floor flat, which is beautiful and has a lot of natural light throughout and a large bay window in the bedroom and French doors leading out to the PRIVATE garden. The location: The area benefits from great transportation links. It is an 8 minute walk to Finsbury Park Tube on the Victoria Line or 6 minutes to Holloway Road underground station, just two stops to Kings Cross/St. Pancras, where you can catch trains all over the country and to some of London's major airports.
There are several bus routes, 43 and 271 go into the city directly and run all night.
There are many shops nearby including M&S, Waitrose, Morrisons, Selbys and an entire slew of other places. There are some great pubs in the area as well.
Price: The flat is £1380 a month or best offer and would require a deposit of £1700, which is what the landlords currently holding of ours.
