Location. The flat is a large four bedroomed maisonette close to Kingston town centre, Richmond Park, Norbiton and Kingston railway stations and Kingston bus station. Fully renovated a few years ago, it would be ideal for a family, a group young professionals or students.

It takes around 10 minutes to walk to Kingston town centre, and Kingston or Norbiton rail stations, and around 5 minutes to walk to Richmond Park. Kingston Hospital is also under 10 minutes walk away. The flat is close to a number of very good local primary and secondary schools.  

Transport. Transport links are really good both into London and further afield. The train to Waterloo takes around 25 minutes from Norbiton station. Kingston bus station has buses into London, to Heathrow, and all across South West London. To get to the tube you need to get the train to Wimbledon (10 mins) or the bus to Richmond (15 mins) or Putney Bridge (20 mins). There's lots of opportunity to cycle, walk and run in Richmond Park.
