Two double bedrooms are available in a spacious three story, clean, bright and friendly house. We are looking for two people to share it with. Off street parking is available as well as bike locking

The town house is an office conversion making it exceptionally big for its four bedrooms. It is spread on over 150m2 on three floors and located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with immediate access to local shops, dry cleaners, restaurants, gym and cinemas. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, two on the ground floor and the kitchen, diner and living are on the first floor.

The house is finished to a high standard and all bills are paid by the landlord: from TV license to Council Tax and broadband. There are quality washing machine, drier, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fan oven, vacuum cleaner, etc. Even things like a toaster, coffeemaker and kettle are provided in addition to plates and cutlery. All creature comforts are addressed by the installation of a ventilation system, heater towel rails, underfloor heating, etc.

Two rooms are already taken by two young professionals: Beatrice is a consultant in banking and Alex is in an new markets entry specialist. One works in Canary Wharf and the other near Trafalgar Square. Both are friendly, sporty and very easy going, but of course you have to meet them and judge by yourself
