The house in an old Victorian House less than a minute walk from Goodwin Sports Centre and no more than ten minutes to all the main University buildings and medical/dental schools.

The bedroom available is a large double room that overlooks onto the back garden. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, shelves, sink and mirrors.

There is a communal conservatory that contains a dining room table, washing machine, tumble drier and an extra fridge/freezer.

There are two kitchens in the property and each room has two cupboards assigned so you wont be fighting for cupboard space, furthermore there is a large double fridge freezer.

Most of the students in the house are doing their PhD or a masters degree. The room is available because I have decided to no longer continue with my masters and will need a student to take over the contract for me, which lasts until the start of September next year.
