Your studio room comes with:

All bedding is provided and your room is cleaned every two weeks. The building has a laundrette, library and a 24/7 co-working space for when you need it.

As a resident, you also get access to our exclusive members’ spaces including private cinema, gym, spa, games room, Japanese Tea Room & many others. While the spaces are shared between members, the building is in all respects your home - you're free to have guests and visitors and have them stay overnight.

All bills and services are fixed at £40pw. This includes:

- Council tax, gas/electricity, wifi

- Free access to kayaks, drone, hiking kit & more
