We are offering a large single room for rent. The room is fully furnished with a double bed (memory foam mattress), a small writing/computer desk with a chair, a wardrobe for hanging clothes and 3 large drawers and mirror doors, a chest of drawers with 4 drawers and also a large cupboard with additional storage. There are a couple of hooks fitted on the inside of the door for hanging jackets etc. We can provide the necessary bedding if needed.

The room is available for a single occupant.

There are 2 electrical wall plugs in the wall and another multi-plug point.

Windows are double glazed and covered by blinds and black outs.

The shared bathroom features a bath tub with a shower and shower screen, a toilet and a basin. Above the basin is a mirror cabinet. Although the bathroom is shared, it would mostly be used by yourself only as there is another bathroom in the flat as well.

The kitchen and living room space is also shared and well equipped.

Bills included are council tax, service charges, ground rent and internet. Water/electricity/heating is also included but subject to fair usage.

We are a couple working Monday to Friday during the day and would like to share with someone similar.

Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed inside the flat or anywhere inside the building. We do not consider the property suitable for smokers at all.
