Good condition, spacious split level flat available in Peckham, just a few minutes walk from Burgess Park. It's in a small, low rise block. Both bedrooms are large doubles (one a bit bigger than the other), and the living room and kitchen are both also good sizes. The kitchen is brand new, and all appliances (fridge, washer/dryer, cooker, sadly no dishwasher) are about a year old. I decorated the whole flat when I first moved in about 18 months ago, so it's still looking quite good!
