The living room is a reasonable size and overlooks the thoroughfare (one of the smaller side streets just off the main shopping and restaurant area) which is really pleasant
The bedroom is at the rear. not a spectacular view but very quiet and peaceful with quite a large deep storage cupboard. It also has a really good bed from Scandinavia with any useful drawers and pull out side cabinets.
Would be ideal to rent to a single professional but a couple or two friends would also work at a small increase in rent.
The kitchen is nice, clean and modern with a washer/dryer, waste disposal and dishwasher etc.
The living room currently has no furniture in case the new tenant has their own. However we can set it up with a sofa or as a second bedroom if required.
The flat is available from 8th February and i do not want to wait much later than this – hence the low price. I am looking for long term professionals if possible but I would consider short term at an appropriately increased rent. I also might consider renters where a UK reference is difficult to produce (i. e. starting a new job here from another country) or a mature responsible student.
Bills – These are common sense. if you shower twice a day and leave the water running while doing the washing up and wash the clothes for the local football team the water bill will be higher :-/
There is no gas bill to worry about and because of its position, it is very easy to keep warm and dry in the winter and cool in the summer
