It's situated in central Barking and only 7 min walk to the station. There's a Tesco right underneath the flat and an Asda and a Lidl 5 min walk from the flat.
There are also two gyms less than 5 min walk from the flat. You also have other shops around such as a Boots, a Superdrug, a Poundland and an Argos. You have several other shops, markets and off licenses all within walking distance. As well as many banking branches such as Lloyds, Halifax, Barclays, Santander. You have many restaurant options and takeaway shops as well as a McDonald's and a KFC.
Barking station is very well connected. You have the District and Hammersmith line, as well as the overground towards Blackhorse Road taking you to the Victoria line, and a C2C train which stops in West Ham in 5 min and connects you to the Jubilee line and the same train goes to Fenchurch Street Station in 15 min which is between Bank and Tower Hill.
