The other side of the flat has views to the city with the Shard and Gherkin (plus more) in clear view.

Large open plan lounge and dining room, with a floor to ceiling window taking centre stage offering beautiful river views. There is also a desk (not visible) in the pictures so for those that work from home at times the setup is ideal.

The area: The  flat is directly opposite Canary Wharf on the river and the area is perfect for commuting into the city – I cycle and it takes me 15 minutes door to door! The flat is equidistant form Canada Water, Rotherhithe and Bermondsey stations with lots of transport links on offer to locations including Central London, the Docklands, Shoreditch, Dalston and Clapham Junction and Croydon in the other direction. The bus stop in both directions is directly outside the development.  There is a nature reserve 5 minutes from the property and Tower Bridge or Greenwich are both a beautiful river walk away in opposite directions. There are some amazing pubs nearby too.

Costs: Rent is £1450 per month (plus bills) and the deposit is one months’ rent. You’ll be renting directly from the landlord so there are no agency fees either!
