My boyfriend and I will be moving into a beautiful new-build 2-bed flat right next to Ealing Common station. Very safe building with secured entrance and bike shed underground. 10ish minutes from Ealing Broadway and a short bus journey away from Acton & Shepherds Bush.

The gorgeous family bathroom will be yours entirely, as we would have an ensuite bathroom. Your room has a huge PAX storage unit, double bed and large window. The flat is extremely well insulated (means next to nothing in heating bills and very good for noise containment), but also airy and well taken care of. Shared open plan living room and kitchen.

Bills are not included, but estimate between 880-900 a month all inc. (Water, gas (used very little), electricity, council tax, good quality internet).

We're both very considerate housemates, like to do our own thing but also socialise - pretty laid back. We're very clean and tidy too, and would like someone who would treat the place as a home. On street parking available if you obtain a permit.
