Description

Note: This OpenRent Property Is No Longer Available For Rent. Description below is only for reference, and you can no longer book a viewing or contact this private landlord.
Double bedroom available in a bright and recently refurbished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat. Move-in date flexible.

The flat is approx. 2 minutes away from zone 2 Cutty Sark DLR station (it's a great commute to the City!) and also has great bus routes nearby. You couldn't be closer to the river which is fantastic for weekend and evening walks. Greenwich has been a fab place to live as there is the market at the weekends, the park, and lots of places to see / eat & drink at.

I am sadly having to move out of the flat as I have recently bought a place. My wonderful flat mate Kate and I are looking for someone to move into my room. The current lease comes up for renewal in January, so suitable for both short and long term let's as the landlord undoubtedly will be looking to renew.

Rent is £725pcm per room, without bills.  Bills are approx £77 pcm per room, this includes: council tax, internet, gas and water.

Female flat mate preferred but not essential, aged 23+
