Hello. The room is in the landlords home and currently shared by 2m/2f with one spare room available.

The spare bedroom is the smallest in the house, faces the garden, has wooden flooring, has a double bed, desk, clothes rail, built in cupboard, some other storage shelves and probably still has space to put a mat down and do some push-ups or yoga.

Rest of the house is spacious with large kitchen/dining room, larder style fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer , dishwasher, other small appliances and space for dried or tinned food.

Large lounge with sofas, big telly, Netflix, Amazon Prime, PlayStation.

30sqm garden with patio, lawn and small veg patch.

Separate off street space for bikes if you don't want to lockup out front.

Car parking in the street outside is controlled during the day, permits available from Hackney Council. There are a couple of zipcars nearby too.

Main bathroom is shared between the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Separate downstairs toilet too but does get a bit cold in winter.

Smoking outside is preferred, occasionally leaning out the bedroom window is cool too.

Walking distance to hackney marshes, Olympic Park and Victoria park.

House is 10 minutes from homerton station and a little longer to lower Clapton road bus routes.
