15 mins to the City
20 mins to Central London

Walking to the tube station takes 10 minutes.

If you own a car, there is street parking but unfortunately it's a permit required area which will cost extra.

Shops around the area:
Straight from Canning Town station there is Barking Road where there's a Co-Op, Iceland and other other supermarkets for your grocery needs. There's also a newsagent just a few minutes walk from the flat for those quick and basic shops.

About Me:
I'm a 32 year old, male working in Central London at a 9-5 office job. I enjoy cooking and going gym/keeping active. I'm a very clean, tidy and respectful person as I'm a live in landlord so you will only be sharing the flat with me. Will respect your own personal space but open and approachable too. If you like boardgames then we'll get along just fine :)

Rent Details:
£800 pcm inclusive of all bills (electricity, water and council tax). Deposit is £800 which will be refunded back to you providing the property was left the way it was before you moved in.
