I'm renting out my property as the current tenant has found a job opportunity elsewhere and needs to relocate.

The flat is perfect for a couple (or a single person), is extremely central (just on the boarder of SE1), has very good transport links with the Bricklayer's Arm's bus stop just one minute walk away and the flat is located in between Borough and Elephant & Castle Underground stations (both being a 10 minute walk or a two minute bus journey).

The area itself is very quiet as its a family area, it is however very up and coming with a lot of regeneration happening all over. There is a big Lidl 30 seconds walk away which makes the weekly shop so easy!

The flat has everything you need and has some of the best views of South London. It has one large terrace and one large balcony. It is very spacious and flooded with natural light.

The building is 12 stories high and my flat is situated on the 12th floor. It has two elevators that go to the 11th floor and you have to walk up a set of short stairs to the 12th floor.

I am looking for working professionals to move in and treat the place like a real home on a 6 month or 12 month contract. The deposit will be one months rent in advance. Bills are usually around £250 a month (water, gas/electricity, council tax, service charge and internet).

Smoking are allowed but you may only smoke on the terrace or balcony.
