We area male and a female but we aren’t a couple, we’re both single, (stilllooking!). The flat works best with calm, clean and decent flatmates. If you’relooking for a party flat, this isn’t it. Neither is it an agency flat. Thelandlord takes good care of the property and responds quickly. Having seen theother adverts we believe this is a bargain given the location and that it’ssuch a spacious flat.
